  MEDITATIVE DOODLING  

  By identifying the colors and shapes associated with     emotions, meditative doodling guides the brain inward for empowerment and self-awareness.

Monica Harris (aka The Doodling Duchess) doodled as a student where she was often bored listening to  classroom lectures. Over the years, she discovered the power of color and shape for mindfulness. Taking it beyond simple coloring books, Monica teaches how doodling can initiate a meditative mind set and provide personal insight. Each session focuses on a guided doodle where participants explore their values, strengths, goals, and areas of growth.  Additional tools are provided to continue the experience outside of the workshop setting.
